Trame
Bug reports, without the friction.
Trame captures what your user actually went through: screen, voice, video, console, network. It drops the lot into your tickets. Problem, idea, rating, callback request or conversation: five doors, one script to paste.

Fixed in 1.8.2: the button stays active when the client was just created. Thanks for the timeline, it was enough.

What you get today
“It doesn’t work.”
No URL. No browser. No version. No steps to reproduce. You answer “can you be more specific?”, and the loop runs three more times before anyone opens devtools.
Thirty seconds, from defect to ticket.
A user hits a defect, opens the widget, speaks. You get the screen, the voice, the console and the network in one place, and you answer without ever leaving Trame.
30 seconds · no sound
On a site running Trame, a visitor opens the widget, circles the problem on a screenshot and sends it. The report lands in Trame straight away with its technical context (browser, system, screen size, language) and the console and network timeline, error included. The team replies from Trame and marks the report “Resolved”; the visitor gets the reply by email.
The loop closes.
Your users show the problem. You fix it. They are told by email from Trame. That is all of Trame.

1
Your users show the problem
Annotated screenshot, video, voice note, console and network. They never have an account to create.
-
2
You fix it
A report arrives with its context already attached, tagged by kind, in the same inbox where you can filter on it.
-
3
They are told by email
You answer without leaving Trame; the user gets your reply by email.
Plugging in Trame takes one tag.
No SDK, no dependency added to your build, no account for your end users to create. The widget appears, discreetly, on your app.

- This key is public: it is meant to be visible in your HTML.
- It is only accepted from the domain you declared.
- It only ever submits a report, never reads anyone else’s.
Five kinds of report, one widget.
The user picks what they have to say first. Trame only instruments what deserves it: the last two kinds capture nothing from the page.

Chat with us
A running thread with your team, picked up from one visit to the next in the same browser. The technical context of a problem report is attached when the thread opens; the visitor can then add a screenshot, a video or a voice note. Tagged Conversation.

You can narrow the list and its order with data-types; chat only appears if you name it there. All five kinds ship on the Discovery plan, with annotated screenshots; video, voice notes, session replay, console and network come with the Pro plan.
One key per domain. Anonymised. Hosted in France.
Trame runs on our customers’ production apps: security isn’t a checkbox here.
- Domain-bound public key
- A stolen key is useless anywhere but the declared domain.
- Payload anonymisation
- Headers, requests and responses are filtered before they leave the browser. Your secrets stay with you.
- Controlled retention
- Each project has its own retention period, 90 days by default and at most 7 on Discovery; feedback left without activity beyond that period is purged automatically, along with its files. The period runs from when the feedback was submitted or, for a conversation, from its last message; email replies and internal notes do not extend it (retention periods).
- Data hosted in France
- The files and metadata of a report stay hosted in France.
One widget, one domain, one price.
No per-seat billing, no per-feedback billing. You pay for the domain you monitor, and the whole team follows along.
Discovery
To validate the feedback loop on one project.

Frequently asked
- What exactly is a widget?
- One widget equals one domain. Monitoring app.example.com and admin.example.com means two widgets.
- How many people can join the project?
- As many as you like. There is no per-seat billing: the whole team can follow reports and get notified.
- Is Trame only for bugs?
- No. Five kinds of report: report a problem, suggest an improvement, chat with the team, rate your experience, request a callback. They land tagged in the same inbox, where you can filter on them.
- Can I offer only some of them?
- Yes, through the
data-typesattribute on the script tag. You choose the list and its order; the first one is preselected. - Can I match the widget to my brand?
- Yes, through attributes: launcher colour, corner, light or dark theme, language. Nothing to build, nothing to host.
- What happens when I hit 5 GB?
- Without the option, new uploads are refused: nothing you have already received is deleted, you either free up space or turn the option on. With the Extended storage option, everything is kept and the overage is billed at €0.10 per GB per month.
- Does the widget slow my app down?
- The script is deferred and only records context within the current session. No dependency is added to your build.
- Do my users need an account?
- Never. They leave a report and that’s it. Email stays optional, except on “Request a callback” where it is asked for.
